1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EarnPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on EarnPro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of EarnPro, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Task Completion

EarnPro provides opportunities to complete various tasks including surveys, micro-tasks, and advertisement engagement. Users must complete tasks honestly and as instructed. We reserve the right to review task completion and withhold payment if tasks are not completed according to specifications or if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

Payments are processed through M-Pesa to the phone number provided during account creation. By using our service, you authorize EarnPro to process payments to your registered M-Pesa account. Users must maintain a minimum balance to withdraw earnings as specified on the platform.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing due to incorrect phone numbers, network issues, or M-Pesa service interruptions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud or provide false information
• Use bot software or automated systems to complete tasks
• Share your account with other users
• Attempt to manipulate the earning system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior

7. Account Suspension

EarnPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts may forfeit any remaining balance.

8. Limitation of Liability

EarnPro is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarnPro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

10. Data Protection (Kenya Data Protection Act 2019)

EarnPro is compliant with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. We protect your personal data and respect your privacy rights. All personal information is processed fairly, lawfully, and transparently. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data as per the Act.

11. Refund and Dispute Policy

Task Rejections: If your task submission is rejected, you will be notified with specific reasons within 72 hours.

Dispute Resolution: You have 14 days to dispute a rejected task or payment issue. Submit disputes to support@earnpro.com with evidence.

Refunds: Refunds for disputed tasks are issued within 7 business days of approval. No refunds for incomplete or poorly executed tasks.

12. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

EarnPro complies with Kenya's anti-money laundering regulations. We monitor accounts for suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Users must provide accurate identity information and may be required to verify their identity for large transactions.

13. Modifications to Terms

EarnPro may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
